When will my order ship out?
Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Once shipped, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel.
Will I have to pay for customs fees?
Depending on the shipping destination, customs may apply. We do not pay customs fees and they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Which shipping carrier is used?
US and all other territories: we ship all orders via USPS or UPS.
International customers: we ship all orders USPS.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has left the warehouse, our fulfillment partner will send you a notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website.
